Do not forward pandemic messages. Everyone is already in multiple groups.
Perfect security, comfort, control are at best elusive. Be kind to yourself.
Give some space to doubts, uncertainty and anxiety to co-exist.That is close to reality.It is healthy.
Do what is expected of you.
Keep safe.
Get vaccinated.
